Ingredients

  • ¾ cup sliced strawberries
  • ⅔ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 packets natural no-calorie sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
