|Keto Banana Nut Bread|
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups mashed bananas ( ripe) 1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple with juice 1
- teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2-1 cup chopped walnuts
- First of all, blend the eggs, oil and sugar in a bowl.
- Then add the remaining items besides nuts and blend well.
- Then blend in nuts.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour at THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (35o) degrees
- Fahrenheit or till ready and done.
