Chai Tea - Easy Recipes


  • 2 cups or 600 ml milk (you can use almond milk) 
  • 8 cardamom seeds 
  • 4 black peppercorns 
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, sliced 
  • 1/2 small cinnamon stick 
  • 2 tea bags english breakfast or black tea (if not thick add more) 
  • Sugar (optional)

Add milk, ground spices, ginger slices, and cinnamon to a saucepan. Boil until boiling. When you have turned off the stove, add the tea bag. Leave it for 10 minutes. 3. Chai tea is ready to be served, add sugar if you like it sweet.
