Materials:

Roasted Chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken fillets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
Salad:

  • 250 g cos lettuce
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • Sauce, mix well:
  • 200 ml bottled mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1 tbsp LP/BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to Make:

  1. Split the chicken fillets until slightly thin.
  2. Season with garlic, oil, lemon juice and salt.
